1. How many days does it take to ship product ?
Dynamic Team Sports, located in Pennsylvania, ships product via UPS and FEDEX. Depending on where you are located, you will reciver your package in 1 to 3 bussiness days after it leaves our shipping dock.

2. What is the turn around time frame for the Elite Series?
The Elite Series generally takes 4-6 weeks after artwork approval. (For daily updates on production time check out Dynamic Team Sports website.)

3. What is the delivery time for Stockline items?
The Stockline orders generally ship from Dynamic Team Sports within 24 hours from when the order is placed.

4. How long do backorders take to come in?
Back orders are generally filled within 10 days.

5. How long does it take to have a custom kilt made?
Custom kilts take approximately 4-6 weeks.

6. How can I make sure that my order is processed speedily?
Factors that can delay your Elite order are not filling out the order form completely, leaving out important information and not approving your artwork in a timely manor.

Stockline customs take approximately 2 weeks.
